Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain, hosting, website files and business accounts are registered in your name and remain yours. Once the project is paid in full, you can take the site anywhere.

Do I need to buy hosting?

Yes, hosting is a third-party cost. If you do not have it yet, we recommend a reliable plan that suits your site and help you set it up in your own name. If you already have hosting, you add us as a user in your panel; there is no need to share your password.

Is the domain included?

No. The domain is registered in your name and paid directly to the registrar. We connect it, set up SSL / HTTPS and handle the technical side.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We review what works today, keep your content and search rankings in mind, and rebuild the site with a clearer structure and design.

Can you connect my booking system?

In most cases, yes. We integrate common booking and appointment tools, or recommend one that fits your business. Advanced booking or API integrations are quoted separately.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes for everyday changes such as text, prices and photos: we show you how at handover. If you prefer, we make the updates for you under a maintenance plan.

How long does a project take?

An Essential site can be live in 3–5 working days, a Business site in 1–2 weeks and a Growth site in 2–4 weeks. The clock starts once we have your content and access.

Do you offer maintenance?

Yes. Every package includes a period of post-launch support (14, 30 or 60 days). After that, monthly maintenance plans cover updates, backups, security checks and small changes.

Can I add CRM or AI later?

Yes. Every site is built so that booking, CRM, email automation or an AI assistant can be added later without starting again.
